Calling all Golfers! Are you up for the challenge?
World Golfers Championship Singapore is an exciting new concept in amateur golf in this country: a national tournament that gives amateur golfers - both male and female - the opportunity to represent their country at the game they love!
This event is unique in that it is played in five handicaps flights - 0-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, and 21-25 - and the winner of each will make up the five-person Singaporean team to compete the world finals.
Playing over a series of club and national finals, against players of your own handicap level, you could be one of Singapore's five leading amateur golfer who will emerge to play against the rest of the world in Orlando, Florida, USA on 22-29 November 2008.
Whilst World Golfers Championship has been played overseas for the past 13 years, under the patronage of golfing legend Arnold Palmer and Seve Ballesteros.
The WGC Singapore 2008 National Final will be held @ Keppel Golf Club on 8th October and will be grace by Her Royal Highness, Princess Brigitta of Sweden and WGC Founder, Mr Sven Tumba.
